Cancellation, Returns, Age Restrictions & Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel you order within 2 hours of confirming your order with us. As our processing of orders is fast to keep our customers satisfied, you order will usually be out of our warehouse within 4 hours ready to be delivered to you.
Refunds will only be given in the event of a manufacturing error, broken delivery error or at the time we are unable to fulfil your order due to low stock levels.

If There’s An Error:
If for some reason your order is not right. We will explain the steps to take.
Ordered Incorrectly :
If the item has been ordered incorrectly. You can return the item to us and we can despatch the amended amended you require. We can only do this if item has been unopened and in original condition with all stickers and tags attached if in a box make sure no stickers or labels are put on the box, please do not send any item back that has used or not in original condition, we will not credit them.
It is up to you how to return an item but we recommend at least using a recorded service, we cant be responsible for items we haven’t received back.
Please return the incorrect item to us marked for the attention of Returns at the address on your receipt, with the following information.
Your full name and address a copy of the receipt, the item that you now need, you can either pop a cheque in with the goods for £5.95 to cover the carriage from ourselves to you of the correct item or ask us to contact you for credit card details, where payment was made on the internet we will debit your account, please enclose a mobile number where possible.
You must be 18 years of age to purchase alcohol from us here at winecounter.co.uk, by checkign the box to accept our terms and conditions you are agreeing that you are of the age of 18 years and above.
We regret that we are unable to refund any postage costs due to incorrect orders orders.
Damaged or Incorrect:
If you have received an item that is damaged or not as described please contact one of our Customer Service Operators who will gladly try and get to the bottom of whats gone wrong.
If you have a fault under the manufacturers warranty please return them to us for inspection, manufacturers warranty covers failure of the product, if you are unsure of the right product for your application please call us we will gladly give the best advice we can.
